Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day 2009

On September 29, Neo Power will participate in Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day 2009, the  Scandinavia’s largest cleantech investment event where Neo Power’s Supersonic Wave Engine will be presented to leading Swedish, Nordic and international venture capitalists.

This year the event is special because Sweden holds the EU-presidency leading up to the climate conference in Copenhagen. The theme for the chairmanship is climate and energy, and Stockholm Cleantech Venture Day has been awarded the official status of the chairmanship event.

Indeed, according to Deloitte’s Global trends in venture capital 2009 global report, investments into cleantech is expected to increase further in the future. Political stimulus of the sector is also giving innovations in this sector further impetus and helping exploit their societal potential.
